Laing Properties is a dynamic and growing organisation committed to excellence in Construction and Building Relocation. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and help drive efficiency across our daily operations.

• Provide administrative support to the Relocation Manager, Business Development Manager, Second-hand Sales Staff and Relocation Team
• Prepare and manage related documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and variations
• Maintain and update project files, schedules, and databases
• Coordinate communication between the office and job sites
• Assist in tracking project timelines, costs, and documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Experience using Buildertrend or similar project management software
