We are in high-quality Vietnamese dishes, with a focus on fresh ingredients and fast-paced service.

• Prepare, cook, and good presenting our dishes
• Season, marinate, grill, roast, and cook ingredients in line with the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation across all menu items.
• Ensure food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and equipment are always clean and hygienic.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations as required by New Zealand legislation.
• Operate commercial cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage workflow during peak hours and coordinate with team members to ensure timely service.
• Assist in menu development, including suggesting new items or improvements aligned with Vietnamese cuisine.
• Minimise food wastage by managing ingredients effectively and maintaining portion control.
• Adhere to the business’s operational standards, including opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experiences
• Be able to work a minimum between 30 and 40 hours a week on a 7 day roster
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during late-night peak hours.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
