Management Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Management Assistant to join our client’s leadership team on a part-time basis. This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operations of their busy hotel and will suit someone who thrives on structure, clear communication, and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team
• Assist with daily operations, scheduling, and communication
• Support payroll processing and other financial/admin tasks
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Prepare documents and visual content using Office 365 and Canva
• Handle correspondence, maintain files, and ensure tasks are followed up and completed
• Work independently while staying aligned with team goals

About You:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within hospitality
• Confident working alongside senior management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Canva
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities
• Able to meet deadlines efficiently and take initiative when needed
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and passion for hospitality
