About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi An exciting and permanent opportunity to be an integral part of our Systems Commissioning and Performance Team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of executive support to our newly appointed DCE.
Some of your day-to-day support will include: Proactively supporting the needs of the DCE by ensuring seamless daily operations.Managing the DCE's inbox and calendar, including scheduling meeting, resolving calendar conflicts and responding to queries as appropriate.Anticipate information needs, preparing and drafting responses to internal and external queries.Supporting the DCE office with the preparation of confidential documents, peer reviewing and managing the approval process.Identifying and escalating any issues or risks to support risk mitigation.Arranging and organising meetings including minute taking, action tracking and supporting the delivery of SC&P events, conferences and workshopsEstablishing, building, and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive team members and staff across ACC.Providing guidance, support and mentoring the DCE office administrative teamMōu | About you You're an experienced Executive Assistant with a can-do attitude and who is always one step ahead.You're a strong communicator who has a natural ability to engage and influence others.You have great attention to detail.
