This is a permanent, full-time role, based at 112 Third Ave, Tauranga.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in leading our Service and Maintenance Department — quoting, estimating, scheduling, supporting the team, and helping to keep things running smoothly.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Promptly preparing and submitting quotes for projects, repair and maintenance jobs
• Co-manage daily operations and scheduling
• Staying current with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices

About You

You’re an experienced Service Manager or Refrigeration/HVAC technician who’s ready to move into an estimating/quoting and leadership-focused role.

• A solid background in HVAC and/or Refrigeration

Requirements

• Be a trade-qualified Refrigeration Engineer (New Zealand Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - Trade (Level 4), with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience)
• Be a NZ citizen or permanent resident
• Hold a Restricted Electrical Registration (EST)
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) IQP registration
• Have CO2 system experience (an advantage)
• Be a proactive team player who can work unsupervised
