Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional customer service representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate estimates
- Take images of damage and communicate accodingly
- Maintain accurate customer records and repair orders
- Process payments and handle basic office transactions
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Keep the front office clean, welcoming, and organized
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (automotive experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly and a people person
