Towsafe Towbars manufactures and installs Towbars, Protection and loading Equipment, and custom engineering. Established 25 years ago, we take pride in providing quality products for our clients here in Christchurch and throughout New Zealand.

We are looking for a Customer Service person to join our friendly team. It's a varied role working directly with our Towsafe Production Team and reporting to the Customer Services Manager.

• Answering phones and assisting with sales enquiries and supplier queries
• Providing quotes to customers
• Meeting and greeting customers and other customer service/administration tasks
• Taking sales orders, bookings and maintaining the work diary
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries
• Running errands as required
• Assisting the workshop team with customer requirements
• Freighting goods to our customers

• Cool, calm, and collected under pressure (it can get busy)
• Computer savvy, including Outlook and Excel.
• Well-groomed, friendly and approachable as you are customer-facing
• Able to work hours between 8 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• Ideally, a full driver's license.
