We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our frontline team.
The role requires exceptional levels of service and is critical in the day to day running of a busy and successful team. You will be the front face of our organization responsible for reception, administration and ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
Essential skills and attributes:- Strong administration skills with a commitment to quality work
- A friendly, positive attitude with strong communication and people skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Competence in computer software, CRM and Real Estate systems
- The ability to thrive in a busy team environment
- Previous Real Estate knowledge beneficial
This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be possible for the right candidate.
