Office & Project Administrator (Part Time) - Christchurch
Christchurch based, work from home with some in person contact
- 16 - 20 hours per week, $35 - $40 per hour + gst
- 6 month term initially with scope to extend

What you will do:With an increasing workload coming up, our client seeks an experienced administrator to work in support of three key stakeholders, providing a range of generalist office administration and support duties including:
The role of Office Administrator involves supporting key members of the organisation in managing company-related enquiries, coordinating travel arrangements for internal staff, completing general office administration duties (including supporting the Head of Operations with financial responsibilities), and ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and within a timely manner.
This is a part time position (16-20 hours per week) with the need to be available for a small number of regular evening hours (from home).
Skills and experience we are looking for:Our preference is for a candidate who has been exposed to complex project environments, from an administrative support point of view, and can demonstrate the ability to work independently, show flexibility and a high level of initiative.
The ability to pick up and run with new systems, processes and concepts with ease is a must.
Please note - this position will need to be based out of Christchurch and while core hours will be negotiated, some ability to be flexible in availability will be required.
