Sterile Services Technicians
The role in ourSterile Services Unit, which is part of the Operating Suite, also offers you avaried day working across the roles required to provide Sterile Services bothinternally and externally.Hours of workare Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pmwith staggered start times.
No weekend or public holidays required. In this role,you will be responsible for:Providing direct technical processing of reusable medical devices (RMDs)Ensuring decontamination is achieved through the correct washing processEnsuring that the correct sterilisation process is selected and used (Steam, Sterrad etc) as appropriateEnsuring that RMDs are inspected and tested as required and specific to each RMDEnsuring all required documentation is completedAbout YouWe areseeking an experienced Sterile Services Technician to join our team.
