Winery Harvest Crew 2026
Amberley
We are currently recruiting for our 2026 Harvest Crew. Processing premium grapes from the Waipara area and multiple varieties, you will join a medium sized winery team in a hands-on role in Cellar operations.
We have positions available as follows:
Assistant Winemaker- 2 or more vintages experience
- Formal training as a winemaker preferred
- Familiar with winery software
- Ability to supervise a team of cellarhands
- Expert knowledge in operating cellar equipment
- Minimum 1 vintage experience (no formal training required)
- Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Perform routine tasks in the cellar and operate winery machinery. These tasks include grape receival and processing, general juice additions and transfers, barrel filling, racking, floatation, and lees processing of juices.
- Supervisory experience desirable
- No experience required.

All jobs will commence in late February/early March for a period of between 6 - 16 weeks. During the vintage peak, staff will be expected to work a 12-hour shift, 6 days per week.
