Our restaurant is looking for someone who will make delicious food that our customers will enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Having grill and fryer skills.
- Stock raw materials properly as per instructed by the Chef. Communicate with chef and manager about menu updates and planning
- Preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Monitor and adjust temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
- Season food during the cooking process for optimal flavor
- Portion and plate food, adding gravies, sauces, and garnishes as needed.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver great service
- Knowledge of Tandoor clay oven , Indian cuisine and able to make pizza base and naans.
What we are looking for :
- Having a strong interest in cooking fast food , keen to learn the recipes .
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools
- Ability to work in busy environment and to work independently.
- Willing to work during weekends/public holidays.
- Qualification : No mandatory degree ; culinary course preferred but not required
- On job training by Senior Chef
