About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our busy Hamilton Stainless warehouse in a role that combines full time truck driving and some warehouse work. Monday to Friday, 6.30am start until finish - solid hours and no weekend work.Morning runs around Te-Rapa area / afternoon runs Mon/Wed/Fri as far east as Waihi, and Tues/Thurs as far south as Te-Kuiti.
- Operate Class 4 trucks safely and in line with NZ regulations
- Load, secure, and unload long steel products, steel sheet, and other steel fittings
- Perform regular manual handling, lifting, pushing, and pulling tasks
- Ensure all load documentation is complete and accompanies the freight
- Assist with general store and warehouse duties when required
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and team-focused work environment
- Full Class 4 licence with a clean driving record (essential)
- Experience delivering and loading steel products (advantageous)
- Valid forklift licence and practical operating experience
- Physically fit for regular manual handling
- Basic computer skills
