Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive office administrator/ personal assistant to join our dynamic team at Walling Contracting Limited. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a strong eye for detail.

About this role:

You will be the go-to person for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office while also providing high-level support to senior management (Zach Walling). Your responsibilities will be varied and integral to the efficiency and culture of our workplace.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinating office events.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, contractors, and staff as needed.
  • Manage Payroll and leave systems.
  • You must be adaptable and open to working additional hours when necessary to meet business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in administration or personal assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, flexible, and professional approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
