  • Market Delivery provides support and assistance to Property Delivery Managers in the coordination and delivery of approved programmes of work.

This team ensures the management and delivery of high quality property and transactional business support services to our Market Delivery team.

The team is responsible for providing assistance to all of Market Delivery's Acquisition and Divestment programmes.
We are a diverse and fun bunch of people who work hard and enjoy what we do!We require someone with previous experience in a project coordination role within the construction delivery space.
This is a hectic role where you will need to hit the ground running as we have many projects on the go!

A keen interest in learning about everything we do is a must as you will wear many hats in this role.Day to day you will work alongside our Property Delivery Managers to see projects through from conception to completion driving project deadlines and key delivery dates through the pipeline.

You will be key in supporting the interaction between the contractors, consultants and Kāinga Ora teams as well as initiating and updating project data, manage project reporting and highlighting risks within assigned projects.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
  • What you will bringYour ability to read and interpret building site plans, along with your working knowledge of property titling, will be essential in this role.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience required within the construction or real estate field Project management administration and reporting experience with exposure to project management methodology, including quality systems; health & safety reporting and project planning Experience in the use of project management methodologies in managing project deliverables through the development pipeline Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to represent the organisation as a professional team participant Experience with Oracle Projects and eAM would be desirableNōu te rourou
