- Our opportunityProject Coordinator
- Market Delivery provides support and assistance to Property Delivery Managers in the coordination and delivery of approved programmes of work.
This team ensures the management and delivery of high quality property and transactional business support services to our Market Delivery team.
The team is responsible for providing assistance to all of Market Delivery's Acquisition and Divestment programmes.We are a diverse and fun bunch of people who work hard and enjoy what we do!We require someone with previous experience in a project coordination role within the construction delivery space.

A keen interest in learning about everything we do is a must as you will wear many hats in this role.Day to day you will work alongside our Property Delivery Managers to see projects through from conception to completion driving project deadlines and key delivery dates through the pipeline.
You will be key in supporting the interaction between the contractors, consultants and Kāinga Ora teams as well as initiating and updating project data, manage project reporting and highlighting risks within assigned projects.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu- What you will bringYour ability to read and interpret building site plans, along with your working knowledge of property titling, will be essential in this role.
