We are looking for a receptionist who is the first point of contact in our office at our automotive repair workshop.
A knowledge of automotive terminology and vehicle components will be an advantage.
We are one of Rangiora's largest workshops with a high volume of work, a professional image and experience for our customers is essential.
Being responsible for controlled documents, gst reports, office stationary orders, warrant of fitness stationary orders, some light cleaning duties when required to keep our workplace(office) well presented.
This role is being offered with 37.5 hours per week, no weekend work.
The role is busy at times with a varied workload, phone calls, taking bookings, liaising with customers re estimates and job completion. Liaising with suppliers and staff. Good computer skills, accounting knowledge, xero, reconciling of monthly accounts, setting up payments, following up with the owner and staff re time frames etc for jobs, a positive friendly attitude, clean and tidy work area.
We have systems in place and these work very well. Full training will be given.A knowledge of automotive terminology and vehicle components will be an advantage.
