Office Administration Support

**Job Description**We are looking for a part time (24 hours a week, days and times are to be negotiated with the successful applicant) Office Administration Support to join our team, based at Kate Valley Landfill in North Canterbury.
In this role you will provide accurate and timely administrative and accounts support that helps the business operate smoothly. This role focuses on data accuracy, efficient processing of administrative tasks, and supporting financial workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Support management with day-to-day administration functions.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly reports.
- Ensure all company procedures, administration requirements, and finance business rules are followed.
- Complete accurate data entry of purchase orders and staff timesheets.
- Meet required deadlines for processing accounts payable payments and other essential administrative tasks.
- Reconcile supplier invoices to ensure accuracy prior to payment.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to resolve queries and support financial processes.
- Prior experience working in an office environment is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tasks.
