As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Estimator to support operational growth and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
The Opportunity
This is a senior-level casual estimating role suited to an experienced property services or trade professional who can confidently assess site conditions, define scope, and prepare accurate costings.The position offers genuine flexible work hours, making it well suited to established professionals or semi-retired individuals seeking reduced hours while remaining active in the industry.
Work is allocated based on job volume and availability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site visits across residential and commercial properties
- Assess and clearly define scope of works
- Identify labour, materials, access requirements, and potential risks
- Prepare accurate and commercially sound cost estimates
- Provide supporting documentation including photos and video records
- Liaise professionally with clients and internal operations team
- Deliver timely and well-structured estimates to support scheduling
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking someone who:- Has strong practical experience within property maintenance, trade services, or facilities environments
- Understands labour allocation, job planning, and cost awareness
- Demonstrates sound judgement and strong attention to detail
- Communicates confidently and professionally with clients
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
A company vehicle will be provided for quoting duties.
