Alden is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Cleaner at our Alden Rhapsody Facility - situated in Lower Vogeltown, New Plymouth on three acres in a picturesque park-like setting - our beautiful purpose built facility has a rest home and hospital.
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable person who has a passion for the elderly and looking to work permanent part time in the role as Kitchen Hand.
The purpose of the role covers the following functions:
- Flexibility over weekends is required
- Provide kitchen support to the Kitchen Manager/Cook and team
- Assist in the provision of delivering nutritious/ attractive meal services for residents, that meet all food hygiene regulations
- Ensure all duties are carried out in a professional manner at all times
