Pace Modular is a well-established custom cabinetry and joinery business, started in the 1980's. We have a well equipped factory with top of the line CNC machines.
We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Cabinet Maker / Installer to become part of our workshop and installation crew. The right person will have a solid background in crafting custom cabinetry, a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in their workmanship.This role covers both the hands-on assembly of cabinetry in our workshop and the installation of finished products on-site. Computer skills would be a bonus, with opportunity to be trained on Microvellum drafting software if interested.
Moving forward , for the right candidate, there could possibly be opportunity to move up in the company if desired.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Assembling custom cabinetry and joinery components to exact specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and competently
- Install cabinetry and fittings on location with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and workplace safety
- Loading and Delivering cabinetry to site
- Decent experience in cabinet making and/or installation
- Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, hardware and joinery methods
- Ability to confidently read and understand technical plans and documentation
- A current driver’s license, preferably with the ability to drive a manual delivery van, and dependable transport
