We're looking for a full-time Logistics Truck Driver to support our orchard-to-packhouse operations. This is a permanent role offering consistency, variety, and the chance to play a key part in keeping fruit moving safely and efficiently during the season.
What the role involves- Operating truck and trailer units safely and professionally
- Transporting fruit bins and palletised goods between orchards, packhouses, and storage sites
- Working closely with logistics and packhouse teams to meet daily volume requirements
- Adapting to changing conditions such as weather, harvest flow, and production demands
- Representing the business with professionalism on the road and on site
- A positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine commitment to health and safety
- Flexibility with start times, including early mornings during peak periods
- Confidence using basic technology, including mobile apps
- Class 5 licence (Forklift OSH and F endorsement preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years' truck and trailer driving experience
- Experience transporting bins and/or palletised goods is an advantage
- Solid understanding of legal loading limits and heavy vehicle requirements
