The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our business. This is a part-time position worked over three full days (8am–5pm) each week, totalling 24 hours. You will work closely with the owner to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling jobs and coordinating with plumbers and clients
Managing emails, phone calls, and client inquiries
Assisting with quoting, invoicing, and job documentation
Maintaining job records and updating internal systems
Supporting the owner with daily administrative requirements
General office and admin tasks as needed
About You
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident with email, scheduling, and basic office software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in an admin role (trade industry experience is a bonus but not required)
