- About the roleAs a Digital & UX Designer, you'll design digital experiences to enable NZ Post to deliver what our customers care about.
This is a wonderful hybrid role, both UX but also content creation on our website, which attracts weekly hits in the hundreds of thousands, so your ability to take a design brief, and translate that into a smart looking, memorable digital user experiences will be key.This is a part time 20-hour role, ideally working 4 hours per day, 5 days per week but we'd also be open to 2 full days and a half day.
Wednesdays are for ceremonies so they are a must.Mōu- About youYou'll have solid Digital & UX Design knowledge, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
You'll be able to contribute quickly, but there's also growth potential here, and we are happy to provide skill development and mentorship for the right person who is smart, savvy and enjoys a fast paced, busy workload.You will likely offer a degree in Digital Design, User Experience design or similar, and be a confident user of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping software.However, the most important factors on our wish list are your infectious passion for the fields of UX and digital design, your ability to stand your ground and influence the wider Digital team in a confident yet collaborative way and the ability to take business objectives and translate those into creative solutions with the customer at the heart.
You must be outgoing, confident communicator and articulate presenter who can relate to developers, testers, internal stakeholders and customers, making complex concepts clear for users.He Aha Te Pai- What you'll love about us!
