We’re seeking a dependable and organised team member who can confidently handle a mix of warehouse duties, customer service, and administrative work.

Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Every second Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be working across multiple areas of the business depending on daily workload. You’ll be involved in everything from helping customers to preparing orders and assisting with stock.

Key Responsibilities- Assisting with customer enquiries and in-store sales
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing freight and courier parcels
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Receiving, unloading, and checking supplier deliveries
- Assembly of kitset items
- General warehouse duties
- Supporting admin tasks, including updating product information in our system
- Operating a forklift/reach truck (Licensed)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with an organised, self-managed work style
- Confident using computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher essential)
- Physically fit – this role involves being on your feet and lifting up to 25kg
- Honest, reliable, and a team player
- Forklift/reach truck experience is required. (Licensed)
