Opportunity for an experienced recruiter with some exposure to HR or who would like to learn more about HR.
This is a permanent role with a leading organisation and the role will work as part of an HR team providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Ther role will be responsible for coordinating and advising all recruitment activities.Alongside this the role will provide generalist HR support including employment relations and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR and Administrative support
- Recruitment and coordination
- Employee Relations guidance
- HR policy and process advisory
- HR reporting & Analysis
- Participate in HR/Recruitment projects
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or have transferable skills
- Self starter, problem solver and solutions focussed
- High level of English speaking and written communication
- Relationship management skills
- Confident in recruitment and administration
If you have a good level of recruitment and some HR experience- and would like to learn more HR- you will be working with a Manager who is willing to coach and develop your skills and experience.
