Maintenance/Handy Person/Gardener

We have an outdoor property maintenance position available to work on a residential property in Upper Hutt north.
This role would suit someone who is able to work unsupervised, has practical skills and can use their initiative.
The duties include:- Maintaining a pool and spa pool.
- Outdoor cleaning including buildings, tiles, windows, pergola, BBQ.
- Limited garden work/weedspray.
- Organising and working with outside contractors for exterior building washing, gutter clearing and tennis court maintenance.
- Other general property maintenance duties.
We envisage that the work would average out to two days per week but would vary to adjust for the seasons/workload and filling in for other staff.
The pay rate would be up to $30 per hour. But possibility to go higher for the right person.
