- Respond to enquiries and guide clients through the new home process
- Present plans, prepare quotes, and manage follow-up
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Work closely with our design and construction teams
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Sales experience (real estate / new homes an advantage)
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organised, and goal-driven
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Interest in housing, design, and helping people
- Competitive remuneration (retainer + commission)
