We have a fantastic opportunity for an enrolled nurse with a passion for providing exceptional nursing care, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.

You will deliver high-quality care, have the ability to lead others, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.

Your skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Enrolled Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
• Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• A passion for caring for others.
• Must be able to work all shifts as we operate 24/7, this include weekend and night shifts
