Appliance Technician

This role is ideal for an electrician looking to transition into the appliance service industry, offering hands-on training in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing household and commercial appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, etc.).

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in appliances under supervision.
• Learn to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals for various appliance brands.
• Perform safety checks, component testing, and part replacements (motors, control boards, heating elements, etc.).
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide maintenance advice.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts.

• Electrical experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn appliance-specific systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (service vehicle provided).

• Paid on-the-job training with experienced appliance technicians.
