We are looking for an energetic Service Advisor to join our team at Agricentre South Cromwell. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in our After Sales operations, working in a supportive and professional atmosphere.

The Role

This isn't just a desk job—it's the heartbeat of our service department! You will be responsible for service administration and support, assisting us in running our workshop smoothly while assisting the Parts Department when things get busy. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) representing the dealership to our valued customers and vendors.

Your Schedule

We value work-life balance! This role is set at 30 hours per week, but we are looking for someone flexible who is eager to pick up more hours for leave cover and during peak workload requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Customer Connection: Handling general service enquiries and managing bookings to meet client expectations.
  • Workflow Wizardry: Opening workshop jobs, obtaining accurate machine data, and tracking work in progress.
  • Financials: Supporting the formulation of quotes, job costing, and ensuring invoices are priced correctly and ready for closing.
  • Warranty Management: maintaining accurate warranty logs and ensuring claims are input and processed within deadlines.
  • Team Support: Liaising with the Service Manager on day-to-day operations and helping the Parts department with picking and unpacking stock orders when needed.
  • Safety First: actively participating in our health and safety culture to keep everyone safe.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A People Person: You have a friendly, professional manner and can build strong relationships with all types of customers.
  • Organised: You can prioritise multiple tasks, work systematically, and have a high degree of accuracy with data input.
  • Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mechanical Mindset: Mechanical knowledge and an understanding of parts sales/systems is a massive advantage.
