Fabrication Welder / Sheet Metal Fabricator

CNC Solutions are looking for an experienced and motivated Fabrication Welder to join our growing team. We specialise in high-quality sheet metal fabrication and are seeking someone who takes pride in precision workmanship and attention to detail.

This hands-on role involves fabrication, welding, and finishing of sheet metal products to a high standard. You will be working across a range of custom projects and must be confident working independently as well as within a team environment.

• MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal components
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
• Fabrication and assembly of custom metal products
• Grinding, polishing, and finishing work to a high standard
• Maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process
• Operating fabrication equipment and workshop machinery safely
• Assisting with general workshop duties when required

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Strong sheet metal fabrication experience
• Excellent finishing and detailing skills
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Strong focus on quality and workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team

• Trade qualification in fabrication/welding
• Experience with stainless, steel and aluminium fabrication
