The Community Trust of Mid & South Canterbury has been part of our community for 38 years, providing funding to not-for-profits from the Rakaia to the Waitaki, and managing two facilities, Community House in Timaru and the Geraldine Health hub.
About You – Nga Korero MouWe are looking for a confident and experienced Operations Co-ordinator who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You will be:

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining well organised Trust and facility files, records, and documentation.
- Welcoming visitors, ensuring sign in procedures are followed, and notifying relevant staff
- Scheduling and dealing with tradespeople for facility repairs.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable using Xero and providing reports to the Chief Executive as required.
- Updating and maintaining our website and social media pages.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing enquiries appropriately
