They are project and cost management specialists that possess ‘can do’ attitudes with hands on Directors that muck in when need be.
Due to a secured project, a need now exists for a solution focussed site manager for a project in New Plymouth, As a site manager you need to come from an interiors, refurb and light commercial construction background gained from a main contractor of at least 5 years.The SM is engaged from early design and build stages and set up, so they are on board from the very beginning and familiar with all stakeholder inputs. Being able to naturally client front as a SSM is essential. You have a proven track record in running a programme to agreed milestone and can lead front the front.
Salary $70 - $80 p/h
