West End Hospitality Group are now seeking Expressions of Interest for new Café operations commencing early September. Front of House and Back of House roles are all on offer, with part time and full time positions available.
Management roles:
- Strong leadership skills (experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory position is advantageous)
- The ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of the business
- Proven bar experience in a café, restaurant, pub
- Current Duty Managers certificate
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Front of House roles:
- Great customer service skills
- Positive team player willing to work with others to achieve best outcomes
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, pub or bar
- A passion for hospitality
Back of House roles:
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- National Certificate in Cookery, preferred
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs
- A passion for hospitality
- Willingness and desire to work as part of a busy team
