Marketing Manager and Admin Support

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin support and Marketing Manager to oversee office administrative operations and lead marketing efforts for our brand-new workshop. This role is suited to a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational efficiency while building strong customer engagement and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of workshop operations, inventory and transactions.
- Coordinate employee rosters, training sessions, and ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to facilitate the timely procurement of parts, tools and workshop equipment.
- Ensure the proper management of all documentation, including service records, warranties, job cards and service agreements.
- Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote the business and its services.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
- Design and produce marketing collateral, such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, and online media content.
- Implement customer engagement initiatives, including loyalty programmes, seasonal promotions, and direct outreach.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to inform marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Organise meeting with new customers/fleet clients and participate on behalf of the Company.
