Support Worker - Palmerston North

We are looking for a part-time and reliable support worker for a neurodiverse female, supporting her to live independently in her own home and within the community Monday to Sunday. You will be helping her achieve her potential providing practical and emotional support.

The shifts available are Saturday and Sunday 6.30 to 9.30pm, plus extra shifts are available to cover staff when they are on leave.

Tasks may include:
  • Community outings.
  • Transportation to various activities, appointments, and grocery store.
  • Support with social skills, meeting new people, making friendships, and maintaining friendships.
  • Help around the home including meal planing and preparation.
