We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team
This role will be working across different project portfolios, majority residential, and working closely with the Quantity Surveyor team. You will be involved in all aspects of the process from pricing, forecasting, budgeting, claims, variations and financial account management, the full end to end process.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Pre-construction assessments to prepare tender documentation
- Scope and price variations, sub-contractor negation
- Contract documentation maintenance and preparing reports
- Post construction follow up
- Stakeholder management
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Quantity Surveying qualification is preferred
- Residential experience needed
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and financial budget
- Exceptional communication skills
