Dunedin HospitalCasual role availableAs and when requiredSalary band $31.93 and $34.07 an hourHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleThis role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the Maternity Service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service.Tasks include but are not limited to the following:Provide timely and accurate confidential administrative support to enable the efficient functioning of the serviceSet up and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems and procedures relevant to the service, enabling quick access to informationGreeting and answering enquiries from visitors and women and their families/whānau accessing our service, both in person and on the telephoneProvide administrative support to the Charge Midwife Manager as requestedAbout the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
