Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train café staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and oversee waste reduction initiatives.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, labour costs, sales, and profits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a café management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
