We're looking for an experienced and proactive Business Administrator to support our national operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll be an integral part of our supportive, down-to-earth, and forward-thinking team. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work closely with our Auckland & Wellington offices as well as our five other branches nationwide.

You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying opportunities for business process improvement, including the use of AP automation and AI tools.
  • Managing national accounts payable processes (internal and external).
  • Supporting accounts receivable, finance, and compliance functions.
  • Maintaining the Property Securities Register.
  • General account administration and office support.
  • Reception duties and assisting with day-to-day office needs.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
  • 3+ years of business administration experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
  • Previous experience with Orion software is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
