Every day, they are influencing, advising, and supporting Ministers, Crown CEOs and Government decision-makers to shape our country’s collective tomorrow.Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the RoleThe Budget and Fiscal Performance Group is looking for talented, organised Programme and Project Coordinators to support the delivery of the annual Budget, Economic and Fiscal Update, and other Treasury events.There are two roles available: An events management focussed Programme Coordinator role, which will be responsible for organising events associated with Budget day, the release of Economic and Fiscal Updates, the release of the Budget Policy Statement, and other Treasury events such as cross-Government CFO forums.
A project coordination Project Coordinator role, which will be responsible for supporting the teams with work such as the Budget proactive release and monitoring and tracking workstreams.Both roles involve developing timelines, and a wide range of procurement and logistical tasks (such as booking venues and equipment, and organising co-ordination and governance groups).
