A bit about the role…
We're looking for two full-time Garden Centre Team Members to join our knowledgeable and friendly team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your passion for gardening and people will shine.
You'll be helping customers choose the right plants, fertilizers', tools, and garden hardware to suit their needs, while keeping the department well-presented, stocked, and safe.
Your day-to-day will include:- Delivering outstanding in-store and after-sales customer service
- Sharing your knowledge of plants and garden products
- Assisting with stock integrity, merchandising, and displays
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What we're looking for…
We're seeking retail professionals with green fingers and a positive, can-do attitude. You'll ideally bring:- A genuine passion for customer service and sales
- Strong knowledge of plants and garden products (essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and physical capability for manual handling
- A solid awareness of Health & Safety
Rosters available:
Role 1: Tuesday - SaturdayRole 2: Sunday - Thursday
