About the Role:
Pet Factory Limited, a rapidly growing online pet supply business, seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst (IT) to join our team. As we continue to expand, we need someone who can help us streamline our systems, improve processes, and prepare for the next level of growth.
As a Business Analyst (IT) at Pet Factory Limited, you will analyze and optimize our online sales systems, including website, payment processes, and order management, to reduce cart abandonment and delays.You will also focus on improving the inventory and fulfillment process by identifying gaps and recommending tech solutions to streamline operations.
Using customer data, you’ll identify trends to guide marketing and stock decisions. To eliminate manual errors and inefficiencies, you will ensure seamless integration between sales, inventory, delivery, and finance systems. Additionally, you will support the scaling of systems to accommodate business growth.
About You: A bachelor's degree qualification in the IT stream
Experience in the IT fieldStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and improve business processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems, sales platforms, and customer data analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and business scaling.
