Your new role:As a Business Analyst, you will engage closely with stakeholders and SMEs to define problem statements, document current and future states, and design practical, impactful solutions. You will be responsible for standard BA tasks while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing programme needs.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and document current state processes, systems, and frameworks
- Work collaboratively with SMEs to design target state solutions
- Produce business requirements and solution design documentation
- Conduct data analysis to support business cases and solution options
- Engage with stakeholders to define, validate, and deliver outputs
- Adapt and pivot work focus as programme priorities evolve
Requirements:
- Strong business analysis experience within the banking sector
- Deep expertise in funds management and investment products
- Highly flexible, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to absorb and work with complex models and frameworks quickly
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
- High curiosity and cognitive ability, with a proactive mindset
