Territory Manager - Auckland

Trenchmate is looking to recruit an experienced Territory Manager to join our Sales team servicing our Auckland and northland customers. As a key part of the Trenchmate sales team you will manage a portfolio of accounts offering temporary shoring/shielding solutions and Siltmate ground water clarifiers primarily to the construction sector.

• Generating Sales Growth across the Auckland and Northland Regions, developing new business opportunities and maximizing rental opportunities through an existing portfolio of accounts.
• Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve a sales budget via market sector and territory goals.
• Clear communication to the operational side of the business to ensure client requirements are fully met with a vision to exceed.

To be successful in this role you will be results driven, self-motivated and customer focused, you will demonstrate the drive and ability to be successful in this role.

• Well-developed and proven solid Business Development/Sales/Key Account Manager experience.
• A sound technical ability or previous roles within the construction sector would be of an advantage however full training would be provided to the successful candidate.
• A previous role/s in the hire industry would also be advantageous.
• Have a mature approach, the ability to self-motivate and drive to achieve results.
• Be a lateral thinker with the skill to build and implement sales strategy, while utilizing your networking skills to foster relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
