The overall objectives of the programme are to reduce participants' risk of serious reoffending and increase their capacity to live socially responsible and fulfilling lifestyles.The programme aims to provide a culturally responsive rehabilitation experience in particular for Māori participants by respecting and incorporating Tikanga Māori and kaupapa Māori concepts within and alongside Western based rehabilitation practices.The purpose of the role is to support residents within the residential setting and during external activities.2 positions permanent available.
