You'll work across complex initiatives, partnering with delivery teams, architects, and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-designed, value-driven, and aligned with business needs.You'll bring strong technical analysis capability, combined with strategic thinking and the ability to influence across delivery and leadership layers.
This role also contributes to lifting analysis maturity and supporting less-experienced BAs within the practice.Key responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex digital and technology initiativesElicit, analyse, and document complex business and technical requirementsPartner closely with architects, developers, and testers to shape fit-for-purpose solutionsProvide strategic analysis advice to delivery leads and senior stakeholdersSupport solution design through feasibility assessments, options analysis, and impact assessmentEnsure traceability and quality of requirements through the delivery lifecycleIdentify risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems, processes, and customersContribute to continuous improvement of BA standards, tools, and ways of workingCoach and support Business Analysts within the Analysis & Design PracticeWe value diversity and welcome applications from disabled people and those who have lived experience with whānau, or the disability community.Please contact us if there is any support that we can provide to ensure the recruitment process is accessible to you.
What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:You're an experienced Senior BA who is confident operating in complex technical environments.
