About the role
We're recruiting skilled crew members for a sealing and maintenance team based in Tauranga. You'll be involved in hands-on asphalt work - screeding, shovelling, roller operation, and small excavator tasks. Labouring will be part of the role, alongside operating machinery and supporting site prep.Experience with bitumen spray trucks (gangbar sprayer) is a bonus. Class 2 license required.

- Screeding and shovelling asphalt
- Operating rollers and small excavators
- Assisting with sealing and site prep
- Operating gangbar bitumen spray truck (if experienced)
- General labour and crew support
- Asphalt or civil labouring experience
- Roller or small digger operation preferred
- Bitumen spray truck experience a bonus
- Class 2 license preferred
- WTR endorsement ideal
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
