We're seeking an experienced, motivational leader who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality results - from seamless road resurfacing to efficient repairs.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and supervise asphalt teams in executing road relaying, pothole repairs, and asphalt laying projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily workflows, assign tasks to crew members, and oversee the safe operation of machinery such as rollers and paving machines.
  • Monitor site progress, enforce safety protocols, and manage resources during truck deliveries and material handling to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct quality checks, provide on-the-job training to team members, and resolve any operational issues to maintain smooth project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven background in asphalt or civil works with demonstrated leadership or supervisory roles - you know the industry inside out and can inspire a team!
  • Licenses: Full Car licence required; Class 2 licence and/or WTR endorsement essential for overseeing operations.
  • Physical Fitness: Fit and capable of hands-on involvement when needed, with the stamina for demanding site leadership.
  • Team Vibe: Reliable, punctual leader who fosters a positive, energetic crew environment and promotes collaboration.
  • Integrity: Drug-free - we count on you to lead by example and uphold the highest standards.
  • Transport: Your own reliable way to get to work, ready to lead from the front.
