Fire and Emergency New Zealand are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Wellington based team for a 12-month fixed term until 06th June 2025.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support.General office administrative duties including meeting organisation and minutesEnsuring legislative compliance of Official Information Act requestsProject and events coordination and administration Accounts payable and asset management We are offering this role with flexibility of hours worked between 25-40hpw (Mon-Fri).
